Inclusion Health Service at St James’s Hospital

Dr Cliona Ní Cheallaigh, along with nurse Ann Marie Lawlee, has just completed an Inclusion Health pilot project that successfully reduced the rates of admission, re-admission and length-of-stay of homeless patients at St James’s Hospital in Dublin.
